兄弟们这家毛子商家https://p-telecom.ru/是诈骗吗？我在论坛里面搜说是卖朝鲜独服的，我通过邮件<a href="mailto:support@p-telecom.ru">support@p-telecom.ru</a> 去联系的想买土库曼的vps，商家说有机器提供，我用yoomoney付款900卢布过去了，等了4、5天还没有收到机器，而且开始也回复信息，现在直接不回了，要崩溃。有没有大佬用过他们家的，看看啥情况
