azure学生验证卡在这里什么鬼？

验证邮箱后 一路到verify.microsoft.com的界面&nbsp;&nbsp;然后地区那些没法选择没法继续，这个界面咋刷新换浏览器都没法选国家地区那些的&nbsp;&nbsp;好奇怪啊<br />

然后我又再https://azure.microsoft.com/zh-cn/free/students里继续点免费开始使用。把信息那些一填写 提示地址啥的不对是否继续我点了个继续&nbsp;&nbsp;然后有个注册协议 勾选了后 就提示无法享受免费azure了。。。。随后也找不到能改地址的地方了<br />
