关税是自己加的吧 原则上，飞机已经造好而且交付了，中方肯定已经付清款项，波音完全可以不退。但波音很可能会退钱，毕竟中国是大客户，何必得罪，都知道中方就是想挣个面子而已，波音做个人情很正常。或者不退钱先让波音保管维护，中方支付一些维护滞纳金，等后期再交付也是一样的道理。 二百五只怕普京的毒刺<br />
