京东外卖没有骑手超时了，自取可以免单吗？

29号晚上点了烧烤，超时1个多小时了也没骑手接单，然后我退款了。3公里，今晚又点了烧烤，1个小时了一直没有骑手接单，上面显示超时20分钟可以免单，我都超时1个小时了，但是一直没有骑手送，京东比美团便宜十几块，如果我自己去店里取外卖的话这单可以免单吗？没有骑手接单可以自取吗？

京东刚搞外卖时我就碰到过一次，一直没人送最后就赔了5块钱到京东钱包...
