互联网设计之初这玩意就是一直扣血的，没有买断制，IP要钱，域名要钱，asn也要钱，不续费了马上回收，都是人租给你的，没有买断权利。像EU.ORG这种还良心些，续到30年了，而且就算以后站长挂了，那么多使用者也会自发一起续上。要不是这域名发邮件太脏，我都想把自己的com都丢了。

主要原因还是很难盈利，维护纯靠热情，如果使用量不大的话就很少维护了
