ViveHosting，谁买了这家的大盘鸡？

https://vivehosting.com/，从这家买的。3月8号说是迁移，10 天了还没完成。<br />
现在工单也不回了，是不是跑路了？<br />

回复了一个工单，重新开了一个新机器。<br />
面板只有3个系统，Ubuntu 22 不允许ROOT密码登陆，Ubuntu 24重装无法启动，VNC也没办法用，现在失联中<br />
第二个工单一天多没回复

昨天也重新开了个机器，只有debian能连上SSH，昨天还能连上，今天后台显示运行，然后连不上了。VNC也是超时。
