大佬们，最近测速站点speedtest.cn/net是不是都不正常？

测速站点显示下载速度只有1-2Mbps，上行速度正常<br />
但是迅雷下载速度是正常的，基本跑满了带宽，怎么回事？？<br />
<br />
刷抖音也都正常<br />
<br />
但是下载360卫士离线包也就只有100多KB/s&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;https://dl.360safe.com/setup.exe<br />
<br />
还是我被限速了？？<br />
