注册完甲骨文后一般都不会把注册信息特别是信用卡到期时间及后4位保留下面<br />
当你的甲骨文帐号出现异常，如果还想救活一定要保留这些东西，或许还能救活可能性。<br />

To initiate the MFA reset process, I require specific details to authenticate your identity and verify your ownership of this Cloud Account. Kindly provide the following information: <br />
1.Please share your tenancy name. <br />
2. Please share your email address. <br />
3. Please share the phone number linked to your cloud account. <br />
4. Please share the expiration date and last 4 digits of the Credit card that you used while signup of this account.<br />
