更新:已解决,发完帖子,发现客服已修改流量

手头在colocrossing的机器近期陆续要到期了,前两天虽然网络出过状况,但是总体来说还可以
所以考虑一台纽约的24刀换成10刀,选了个2023黑五不限流量的,商品描述依然是Unmetered Bandwidth
昨天下午付款,晚上回家后发现是20T流量,发工单给客服提出与商品详情页不符
但客服只回复说这20T流量每月自动重置
果断直接要求退款,这就是欺诈。
得到的回复是

看起来一堆废话,但是实际上没有sorry,而且很严谨,没有承认商品货不对板。
昨晚深夜客服回复的最后的一条消息是美东还是美西13:03,到现在已经超过12小时了,还没有进展
